Shipping Policy

  • Some parts such as Airbag/Control modules cannot be purchased without a VIN
  • The shipping and Billing addresses MUST match for ANY orders over $100. Any changes of address after the order is placed are not guaranteed, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure we have an accurate and complete address.
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day. (Business hours 8AM-4:30PM Monday to Friday)
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 1 business day once we receive it. Low availability parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
  • We do not provide overnight shipping options, and any time-definite shipments cannot be guaranteed
  • Oversized and high value shipments may be subject to additional shipping costs; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for any shipments, time-frames are an estimate
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost and/or transit times to the customer
  • Carrier and/or service substitutions may be made if the customer was not charged enough for the selected service/carrier, in order to avoid requiring additional costs
  • Shipments over $100 REQUIRE insurance through the carrier. Shipments valued over $200 MUST be sent via FedEx, unless FedEx cannot deliver to the destination. 
  • In addition to insurance, we and/or the carrier may require a direct/indirect signature for high-value shipments. Fedex requires this for orders over $300.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they or someone authorized to sign will be available at the time of delivery to receive the shipment. High-value orders may require a signature
  • We ONLY ship to the United States, Canada, and US territories such as Puerto Rico. Customers are responsible for any taxes/duties from customs
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will contact you for a decision to proceed or cancel the order.
  • Back orders take between 6-8 weeks to come in
  • Once the order is in the carriers possession, we are not responsible for any lost/damaged/stolen shipments. A claim must be submitted by the customer
  • If you are using a credit card, we will only be able to ship orders to the billing address that is associated with the credit card being used.
  • If you are using PayPal, we will only be able to ship parts to a PayPal verified address.
  • Pickup orders over $100 require ID to be presented and scanned at the time of pickup, and a copy will be kept for our records. The person picking the order up MUST have ID matching the name/address on order.

**TARRIFS MAY BE IMPOSED ON PARTS IMPORTED FROM THE US TO CANADA. CUSTOMERS ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE TARRIFS, IN ADDITION TO APPLICABLE DUTIES/FEES & TAXES. **
